Job Description
Position: Project Manager Trainee (Advertising & Projects)
Company: PGT (Dubai-based Free Zone Company)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Work Mode: Virtual / Remote
Location Eligibility: India or UAE
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Total ₹60,000 for 6 months – fixed)
Extension: Possible permanent role subject to funding availability and performance
About the Role
PGT is a growing Dubai-based free zone company seeking a motivated Project Manager Trainee to support advertising and project coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to showcase their talent, gain hands-on experience in project management, and build a pathway toward a long-term opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Eligibility & Requirements

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking advertising and internal projects

Support project timelines, task allocation, and progress reporting

Coordinate virtually with internal teams and external partners

Prepare basic documentation, reports, and presentations

Assist management in research, follow-ups, and execution of assigned tasks

Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently

Education: Bachelor degree in any field

Fresh graduates or early-career candidates are welcome

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic understanding of project coordination and digital tools

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
