Mr. Danish Khan

As Chief Operating Officer, Danish Khan leads PGT’s financial planning, operations, and strategic development.
With a master’s degree in finance, Mumbai University and over five years of professional experience, he has a proven record of driving efficiency and growth. Danish’s leadership ensures smooth departmental coordination, strong financial management, and continuous innovation—making him a key pillar of PGT’s operational success.

Mr. Uzair Khan

Uzair Khan heads the Strategy and Marketing Division at PGT, leading global sales and distribution for the company’s bioethanol and yeast products.
A Chemistry graduate with experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, Uzair combines scientific knowledge with commercial acumen to deliver value-driven business solutions. His strategic leadership is instrumental in expanding PGT’s footprint across India, the UAE, and international markets.

Ms. Busra Fatma

Busra Fatma leads the E-Commerce and People Management Division of PGT. Fluent in German, English, Urdu, and Hindi, she brings a strong global perspective and cross-cultural communication skills to her role.
Currently advancing her German studies, Busra blends academic excellence with hands-on experience in e-commerce and hospitality operations. She is responsible for PGT’s digital presence, customer engagement, and online business growth — ensuring excellence through technology and teamwork.

Mr. Kashif Khan

Kashif Khan, a founding member of PGT and a final-year Data Science student at Mumbai University, drives the company’s IT and digital innovation strategy.
With expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and digital media, he combines technical precision with creative vision to strengthen PGT’s brand and digital reach. Kashif’s leadership ensures that technology and communication work hand-in-hand to empower global business growth.

Mr.Sidharth Ramanath

Sidharth Ramanath is a dedicated pre-pharmacy student and undergraduate researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in molecular biology, microbial genetics, and advanced laboratory techniques. His academic and research work spans bacterial genome analysis, gene-function prediction using leading bioinformatics platforms such as PECAAN and PHAMERATOR, and the study of polyploidy-driven stress tolerance in duckweed. With strong technical proficiency in PCR, dilution series, agar-plate assays, and scientific data interpretation, Sidharth has successfully presented his research at academic symposiums—demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

Beyond his scientific accomplishments, Sidharth is an Eagle Scout, a distinction that reflects his leadership, discipline, and commitment to community service. His role as a Rescue Squad Cadet, where he provided over 100 hours of patient support alongside EMTs and paramedics, highlights his compassion, maturity, and ability to perform under pressure—qualities that complement his pursuit of a career in healthcare.

Sidharth will work directly under the guidance of Dr. Banibrata Pandey, contributing to PGT’s yeast and bioethanol initiatives and supporting the organization’s mission to expand its global footprint in biotechnology and renewable energy. His strong foundation in pharmacy, biochemistry, and applied laboratory research—combined with his operational experience and dedication to social good—make him a valuable and trusted addition to the PGT team.

Mr. Sudarshan Acharya Kallakunta

Sudarshan Acharya Kallakunta is a dedicated Mechanical Engineering major with plans to pursue a dual major in Aerospace Engineering. With a strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and engineering principles, he brings analytical depth and technical versatility to every project. His academic strengths span mechanics, electricity and magnetism, waves, and kinematics, as well as essential statics concepts such as free-body diagrams, equilibrium analysis, internal forces, and moments. Sudarshan is equally proficient in advanced mathematics, including Calculus I and II, linear algebra (matrix operations, vector spaces, eigenvalues, eigenvectors, and transformations), and multivariable calculus (partial derivatives, gradients, multiple integrals, line and surface integrals, and major vector calculus theorems such as Green’s, Stokes’, and the Divergence Theorem). He is experienced in engineering software tools including MATLAB and SOLIDWORKS, supporting his ability to model, analyze, and design complex systems.

Beyond engineering, Sudarshan is deeply passionate about Carnatic music. He plays both Carnatic violin and mridangam and earned his Carnatic music diploma from Silicon Andhra University in 2022. He also teaches Carnatic violin to children, enriching his skills in communication, mentorship, and cultural arts education.

Sudarshan’s interests extend to leadership, discipline, and community service. As a 1st-degree black belt in Taekwondo, he has developed resilience, focus, and team leadership. His service as a Cadet in an EMS rescue squad provided hands-on experience in emergency response and reinforced his commitment to community well-being.

Combining rigorous technical training with artistic talent, leadership, and compassion, Sudarshan Acharya Kallakunta is driven to excel in the engineering field while continuing to grow as a musician, educator, and community contributor.

He will work directly under Hoh Danish Khan, supporting the team’s mission to strengthen PGT’s visibility and expansion across international markets.

Mr. Satvik Vaisakkagari

Satvik Valisakkagari is a driven Data Science major at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), committed to applying AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data-driven strategies to transform global trading and biotechnology. With a strong foundation in computational modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning workflows, Satvik brings a sharp analytical mindset to PGT’s international operations—particularly in yeast technology, food commodities, and bioethanol market intelligence.

As an intern with PGT, Satvik supports the development of data-science-based decision systems that enhance forecasting accuracy, optimize supply-chain operations, and identify new global trading opportunities. His work enables PGT to strengthen its technological advantage and scale its impact across rapidly evolving markets.

Beyond academics and analytics, Satvik’s decade-long training in Taekwondo reflects his discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities that shape his approach to problem-solving and teamwork. His curiosity, strong work ethic, and passion for innovation empower him to bridge technical insight with real-world impact.

Mr. Aman T Khan

Aman is a dedicated second-year pre-medical student at Rutgers University, pursuing a major in Biochemistry with a strong academic interest in human health, life sciences, and medical innovation. His academic journey reflects a commitment to scientific excellence and a long-term goal of contributing meaningfully to the healthcare sector.

Alongside his studies, Aman has built valuable professional experience in customer-facing and operational roles. He has worked with Hollister Co. as a Sales Executive, where he developed strong skills in sales strategy, customer engagement, teamwork, and retail operations. He has also worked with The Enclave at Dewy Meadows in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, community services, and day-to-day operational management.

Aman is an active blood donor and participates regularly in philanthropic initiatives. His passion for serving others, combined with his love for nature and travel, shapes his well-rounded personality and global outlook.

Aman will be joining PGT Dubai as part of the Marketing Team, where he will contribute to market research, customer outreach, brand development, and strategic communications. He will work directly under Mr. Kaif Khan, supporting the team’s mission to strengthen PGT’s visibility and expansion across international markets.
